Here are ways in which an attendee may elect to make
transportation reservations.

Visit the website at www.speedishuttle.com
open the button that reads book reservations and place a reservation on line,
please type in the comments box that you are traveling with the IEEE group.
This reservation will be automatically placed into the reservation system. A
confirmation number and instruction will be provided once the reservation is
placed in the system.

One may phone toll free at1-800-977-2605 and place the reservation. The reservation agent will give the guest
a confirmation number and arrival instructions. Please inform the
guest upon booking their reservation to inform the reservation agent they
are with the IEEE group.

If the group has a website their webmaster
will be provided the URL number which will give them the capability of placing a
reservation button on their website. When they use the button on the website it
will open up welcoming the IEEE Robotics group. Once the reservation is placed
on their website it will go directly into the system and will also give them a
confirmation.
