Oral Presentation

Speakers must arrive at the session room ten minutes in advance to allow time for introducing themselves to the Chair and testing the Audio-Visual equipment.

1) Audio-Visual Equipment

All the session rooms are equipped with a VGA-compatible LCD projector and a screen. The authors, if needed, must request any additional equipment to the IEEE-NANO2005 Secretariat before June 17.

2) Instructions for Speakers
Each contributed speaker (except for plenary and invited speakers) will have a 15 minute slot: typically 12 minutes for presentation and 3 minutes for questions and answers.


Poster Presentation

1) Poster information

Poster boards will be provided for the poster presentations. The maximum possible area per poster is
0.9m (width) x 2.1m (height). Materials for attaching the poster will be available in poster area.

2) Time Schedule of poster presentations
Poster presentations are scheduled in poster sessions.
There are two poster sessions. Poster session I is scheduled on July 12 (Tue), 17:00-18:30, and Poster session II is scheduled on July 13 (Wed), 16:30-18:00. Please check the "final" program before your presentation.

The poster presentation numbers are listed in the program.

3) Set-up and take-down times of posters
All posters must be set up throughout the poster sessions.

The authors can start setting up the posters at 10:00, July 12 (Tue) and leave them until July 14 (Thu). The authors are responsible for retrieving their posters by 16:30 July 14 (Thu). After that, the committee will remove the unretrieved posters and they will not be returned to the authors.
