1) Poster info
Poster boards will be provided for the poster presentations. The maximum possible area per poster is 0.9m (width) x 2.1m (height). Materials for attaching the poster will be available in poster area.
2) Time Schedule
Poster presentations are scheduled on Nov. 2., 10:40-12:30.
The poster presentations are divided into two halves.
For those with odd (uneven) poster numbers, presentation will be between 10:40-11:35 (core time).
For those with even poster numbers, presentation will be between 11:35-12:30(core time).

3) Set-up and take-down times
All posters are to remain up during the poster sessions on Nov. 2., 10:40-12:30.
Set-up Times: Nov. 1, 8:00-17:00 and Nov. 2, 8:00-10:30
Take-down Times: Nov. 2, 12:30-19:30
All posters must be removed by 19:30 Nov. 2.
You are responsible for your poster. All posters left after 19:30 on Nov.
2 will be trashed.
