In situ Fabrication of Telescoping Nanotubes inside TEM
through Hybrid Nanorobotic Manipulation System
A new type of nanomanipulation system, hybrid nanorobotic manipulation system, has been constructed.
It is realized nanomanipulation inside a Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) and a Transmission Electron Microscope (TEM)
for high resolution observation and efficient manipulation (Fig.1).
In situ fabrication of telescoping nanotube inside a TEM through destructive fabrication process. (Fig.2).
