Nanofabrication of Carbon Nanotubes Assisted with Oxygen Gas

• Carbon nanotubes can be cut by using a low-energy electron beam inside a field emission scanning electron microscope and assisted with oxygen gas.
• The presence of oxygen gas in the vicinity of the CNT can be used also for the bending of CNT.
• To built three dimensional nanostructures based on CNTs by using the in situ nanofabrication.
