Nanofabrication of Carbon Nanotubes Assisted with Oxygen Gas
Carbon nanotubes can be cut by using a low-energy electron beam inside a field emission scanning electron microscope and assisted with oxygen gas.
The presence of oxygen gas in the vicinity of the CNT can be used also for the bending of CNT.
To built three dimensional nanostructures based on CNTs by using the in situ nanofabrication.
