Nano Temperature Sensors over ITO Substrates and Piezo Cantilever

• A combination of temperature sensors and ITO heaters have been constructed over ITO glass substrates to serve in microbiological experiments.
• Probe temperature sensors have been proposed for sensing temperature distribution in ultra small local area. These sensors have the capability of sensing temperature in different environment including water media.
