Submissions
Short Paper Submission:
- Total page number must be between 1 page and 3 pages.
- All accepted short papers will be included in the conference proceedings, but will not be published on IEEE Xplore.
- All accepted short papers will be presented an oral session or in a poster session.
- Deadline of Paper Submission:
July 31, 2023August 7, 2023. - You shoud use templete (Latex) / templete (word) and submit a PDF file.
- Short paper submission has been closed. Thank you for your submissions.
Full Paper Submission:
- Total page number must be between 4 page and 6 pages.
- A maximum of two additional pages are permitted at an extra charge of 20,000 JPY per page payable at the time of conference registration.
- All accepted full papers will be included in the conference proceedings.
- All accepted full papers will be presented an oral session or in a poster session.
- Full papers will be published on IEEE Xplore as well if authors require.
- Deadline of Paper Submission:
July 31, 2023August 7, 2023. - You shoud use templete (Latex) / templete (word) and submit a PDF file.
- Full paper submission has been closed. Thank you for your submissions.
Final Paper Submission (Both Short Paper and Full paper):
- Paper format is same as initial submission.
- Please prepare abstract for program book (Please use templete.)
- Deadline of Paper Submission: September 30, 2023.
