Presentation Guidelines
Oral Presentation Guideline
- Each presentation has 15 min. including Q&A.
- Please make your presentation in 12 min., and 3 min. for Q&A.
- Please use a PC projector in the conference room.
- Please use your own PC for your presentation. (There is no PC in the conference room.)
- Please check your PC by sharing the presentation slides during a break time before your session.
*If you need any assistance, please ask our staffs before starting your session. - In the conference room, please take your seat at "Next Speaker"-signed seats.
Poster Presentation Guideline (In-person only)
- Poster presentation information
Please set up your poster on a poster board which is labeled with your poster number.
A poster board will be provided for each presentation. The poster area is in A0 size (0.841 m× 1.189 m) on a poster board. Some materials will be provided for attaching your poster in the poster board. - Schedule for poster presentations
