MHS 2025

Submissions

We invite you to submit high-quality original papers on any topic of interest for MHS2025.

The proceedings of this conference will be available on the first day (November 23, 2025).

Final Paper Submission (Both Short Paper and Full paper):

• Paper format is same as initial submission.
• Deadline of Paper Submission: September 30, 2025.

Short Paper Submission:

• Total page number must be between 1 page and 3 pages.
• All accepted short papers will be included in the conference proceedings, but will not be published on IEEE Xplore.
• All accepted short papers will be presented an oral session or in a poster session.
• Deadline of Paper Submission: July 31, 2025 August 7, 2025 (Extended) .
• MHS does not accept literature review manuscripts or review articles.
• You shoud use templete (Latex) / templete (word) and submit a PDF file.
• Short paper submission has been closed. Thank you for your submissions.



Full Paper Submission:

• Total page number must be between 4 page and 6 pages.
• A maximum of two additional pages are permitted at an extra charge of 20,000 JPY per page payable at the time of conference registration.
• All accepted full papers will be included in the conference proceedings.
• All accepted full papers will be presented an oral session or in a poster session.
• Full papers will be published on IEEE Xplore as well if authors require.
• Deadline of Paper Submission: July 31, 2025 August 7, 2025 (Extended) .
• MHS does not accept literature review manuscripts or review articles.

[Closed] Submission of Organized Session Proposal:

• Please fill out a form to propose an organized session from this link.
     The link was closed.
• There is no limitation in the number of keynote speakers per session.
• Organizing committee provide 10,000 JPY (including a tax) to each keynote speaker.
• The keynote speaker requires to make registration.
• Deadline of Application: May 23, 2025.
