Call for Organized Session Proposals

Organized Sessions at MHS2026

MHS2026 invites proposals for Organized Sessions (OS) to be held as part of the technical program.

Organized Sessions are intended to provide focused forums for presenting and discussing emerging topics, recent advances, and coordinated research efforts in specific areas related to the scope of MHS2026. These sessions offer an excellent opportunity to bring together researchers and practitioners from academia and industry to exchange ideas and foster collaboration.

MHS2026 welcomes proposals on both established and emerging topics, including interdisciplinary and forward-looking themes.


Scope and Topics

Proposed Organized Sessions should be aligned with the themes of MHS2026. Relevant topics include, but are not limited to:

Proposals addressing novel research directions, cross-disciplinary integration, or industry–academia collaboration are particularly encouraged.


Responsibilities of Organized Session Organizers

Organized Session Organizers are expected to:

  • • Define the session theme and prepare a clear and coherent session description
  • • Promote the session and encourage high-quality paper submissions
  • • Cooperate with the Program Committee during the review process
  • • Serve as Session Chair(s) and manage the session during the conference

All papers submitted to Organized Sessions will undergo the same peer-review process as regular submissions. Acceptance of an Organized Session proposal does not guarantee acceptance of individual papers.
