We invite you to submit high-quality original papers on any topic of interest for MHS2026.

The proceedings of this conference will be available on the first day (December 1, 2026).

Final Paper Submission (Both Short Paper and Full paper):

Guidelines for Generative AI Usage:

  • Generative AI tools and technologies, such as ChatGPT and other large language models, may not be listed as authors of a paper submitted to MHS2026. The use of AI-generated content in a paper, including but not limited to text, figures, images, tables, and code, must be disclosed in the Acknowledgements section in accordance with IEEE policies.
  • The AI system or tool used must be identified, and the specific sections or components of the paper that include AI-generated content should be specified, together with a brief explanation of how the AI system was used. Authors are fully responsible for the accuracy, originality, validity, and integrity of the submitted work.
  • During the review process, reviewers, editors, program committee members, and other persons involved in the review must not upload, enter, or otherwise process information or content contained in or related to a manuscript under review through any AI system or public AI platform. Doing so is considered a breach of confidentiality and is not permitted.

Short Paper Submission:

  • Total page number must be between 1 page and 3 pages.
  • All accepted short papers will be included in the conference proceedings, but will not be published on IEEE Xplore.
  • All accepted short papers will be presented an oral session or in a poster session.
  • Deadline of Paper Submission: July 17 July 31, 2026.
  • MHS does not accept literature review manuscripts or review articles.
  • You shoud use templete (Latex) / templete (word) and submit a PDF file.
  • Short paper submission has been closed. Thank you for your submissions.

Full Paper Submission:

  • Total page number must be between 4 page and 6 pages.
  • A maximum of two additional pages are permitted at an extra charge of 20,000 JPY per page payable at the time of conference registration.
  • All accepted full papers will be included in the conference proceedings.
  • All accepted full papers will be presented an oral session or in a poster session.
  • Full papers will be published on IEEE Xplore as well if authors require.
  • Deadline of Paper Submission: July 17 July 31, 2026.
  • MHS does not accept literature review manuscripts or review articles.
  • You shoud use templete (Latex) / templete (word) and submit a PDF file.
